![]() A couple of years ago I was with my husband that went to get some physical therapy after an operation and they had leaflets on vertigo. If you want to keep your job, and not interfere with days off because you are dizzy, cant drive, feel really sick, then you need to get with a doctor there are medications they can help you with this. I lost contact with her but knew her well while we were in the lawyers office. She was a really nice person but hers was so bad she had to give up her job. Naturally that included an extra family member to drive her car home too. She could not drive and had to call a family member to come get her. When she had the dizzy spells she had to go home. My husband and I had to meet with an attorney. I was under extreme pressure and I think my body just whacked out. I wouldn't give up the job without checking all possibilities for the vertigo. It could also be something as simple as an ear infection. ![]() If it doesn't clear up on its own, check with your doctor. ![]() I know it's going to be difficult, but you need to stop worrying about the vertigo and reduce the stress levels, stress also helps add to vertigo. The fiberfill in your pillow breaks down and your pillow goes flat. You might also check the pillow you're using, because old pillows will create vertigo problems because the support for your head and neck isn't sufficient than with a newer pillow. It helped clear up the problem very quickly. I started drinking catnip tea, forcing myself to relax, and applying heat and ice to my neck. It settled down and I am now fine, but with the vertigo I couldn't look down, turn my head, or move suddenly without being mildly dizzy. It was from a vertebrae being out of place. With the vertigo do you have a mild head ache or pain in your neck? I went through a week of vertigo last week.
